Yvonne Karney, MD is a physician entrepreneur and the founder of Vitality Renewal Functional Medicine. She has 25+ years' experience and 2 board certifications. During her career she spent 8 years as a US Air Force physician, and later, 2 years as OB/Gyn Department Chairman for her community hospital. In the middle of her booming career, struggles with health issues from stress and chronic fatigue forced her to close part of her practice.
This led her into Functional Medicine, because she found out the hard way that the traditional approach had no answers.
